The Mardi Himal Yoga Trek is a memorable adventure for blending Himalayan trekking with yoga sessions through its beautiful trails. The trek commences with an amazing Kathmandu to Pokhara drive then carries us into Dhampus to walk through forest terrain and arrive at Forest Camp.
From High Camp we enjoy the perfect landscape view of both Machhapuchhre and Annapurna South. Our expedition ends with reaching the base of Mardi Himal at 4,500m then traveling back to Jhinu Danda hot springs. Hikers finish this trip by moving from Siwa down to Pokhara.
The yoga session plays an important role in every aspect of the adventure. Each day of hiking ends with yoga practice for muscle stretching and balance to enhance your flexibility.
Practicing meditation and powerful breathing techniques give you greater awareness of natural environments. The Mardi Himal Yoga Trek provides both physical and spiritual growth for all who take this adventure.
The ideal period for Mardi Himal Yoga Trek begins in March till May along with September to November. Two time frames provide fantastic trekking opportunities as skies remain clear while temperatures remain nice.
During springtime you will find colorful rhododendron flowers blooming on the trail and autumn delivers ideal temperatures for trekking the terrain. Machhapuchhre peaks shine brightest while Mount Annapurna and Mardi Himal dominate the views of both springtime and autumn seasons.
The trip feels pleasant because neither temperatures are extreme on their way to or back from yoga practice sessions. At winter heights receive heavy snowfall which turns trails into difficult terrain that becomes inaccessible to hikers.

Due to being at higher elevations food choices are fewer but the preparation ensures constant hygiene and nutrition. Tea house dining offers you space to connect with others while discussing your travel experiences.

The authorities will check both documents during different points along the trail so you must keep them with you at all times. The permits make your trekking legal while helping sustain Annapurna region tourism.
