During our Kathmandu Yoga retreat 5 days trip, we will accommodate you in the standard double room of Nepal Yoga Academy for three nights, and a twin room of a beautiful clean three-star hotel in Nagarkot for a night.
You will have an inviting spacious and comfortable room with two large separate single beds that offer outstanding outdoor views. A private shower with hot and cold water, free internet, and a large free space will be at your disposal.
You will get three freshly cooked vegetarian or vegan meals with nearly all ingredients coming from their own garden. Hot and filtered drinking water and an unlimited amount of hot herbal tea are added bonuses.
Their meditation and yoga practice hall is also adorned with large windows and ample space.
Hill Walkers Home will provide you with only comfortable large private 4WD for your TIA to Nepal Yoga Academy and from Nagarkot to Kathmandu transfers.
Travel insurance for our Kathmandu yoga retreat is not mandatory but it is highly recommended. We and our partner Nepal Yoga Academy will take comprehensive safety measures when teaching and practicing the yoga postures. However, despite our extensive care and measures, unforeseen incidents can occur.
You may twist your ankle, experience strains, sprains, or overuse injuries. Additionally, you may also face some health issues due to the new environment and new food.
In such situations, medical expenses can be a burden if you do not have the right travel and medical insurance. You may also decide on the spot to stay at the retreat for a few more days. With travel insurance, you can cover the expenses of these additional days in a foreign land.

Yes, the Nepal Yoga Academy offers free WiFi which you can utilize to research and know more about yoga. However, when you are in the yoga sessions, mobiles and other electric gadgets will not be permitted to use.
